“Welcome to the new dimension of test, the fourth dimension”. The “new dimension” of test will be presented through several different lines of products, all designed around the common core of the enhanced VIP platform, where 3.0 generation is ready to go for the future of test, taking care of TIME, the fourth dimension of our living space and the most important key factor of every industrial process.
The Pilot4D flying probe line will be officially launched this year for the first time in Turkey, where visitors will have the opportunity to see the ultimate Pilot4DV8, the prober ready for all technologies and all types of electrical, optical and thermal tests, able to probe on the smallest SMD chip like the 03015 metric, and suitable for Prototyping, Production, Repair and Reverse Engineering of electronic boards. The Pilot 4DV8 will show the latest features for automotive and LED light testing applications. Seica’s LED option will be show testing all key parameters of LEDs, such as the lumens, and intensity of several board mounted LEDs analyzed by Seica’s Viva software. In addition, Seica has also incorporated a sophisticated laser scanner for quick and accurate measurements of “bow and twist” and board topologies.
Pilot4D is the most versatile and complete line of automatic flying probers, offering the widest range of solutions and performances on the market for a Flying Probe tester for electronic boards. Solutions range from 4 to 8 test probes, to access simultaneously one or both sides of the board, which can be positioned either horizontally or vertically into the test system.
