Der Zweck der Seica’s Low Cost Modularen Architektur (LCMA) ist es, Eigenschaften wie Leistung und Flexibilität von GPATE mit der Agilität, Skalierbarkeit und Kostenkontrolle anzubieten, welche es wettbewerbsfähig zu einer großen Reihe von STTE Lösungen macht.
Der KERN von Seica‘s LCMA ist, basierend auf der Valid LF, mit der digitalen Stimuli/Masurement Instrumentierung und Routing, sie bietet eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit und vielseitige Möglichkeiten um den LRU Paralleltestanforderungen zu genügen. Proprietäre Hardware ist kombiniert mit GPIB, VXI, PXI oder PCI Plug-and-Play COTS Instrumenten wie erforderlich für digitale, serielle und HF LRU Anforderungen. Signal Routing Architekturen bieten einen dreidimensionalen Weg um die internen und externen Instrumentation voll zu nutzen.
Für die beste Signalintegrität sind Stimuli und Responses direkt verbunden mit dem Prüfadapter und dann mit den Prüfling (UUT), unter Verwendung von hochwertigen Adapteraufnahmen wie das Virginia Panel VP12.
Das System bietet die Möglichkeit, voll durch die leistungsfähige VIVA Testumgebung gesteuert zu werden, im Gegensatz zu anderen COTS Testumgebungen (wie NI TestStand, oder HP VEE) oder um das Beste von beiden zu kombinieren unter der Kontrolle von Super VIVA.
Das Ergebnis ist ein System, welches Leistungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kapazität eines GPATE innerhalb einer skalierbaren Architektur vereint und die „overal cost of ownership“ es wettbewerbsfähig mit STTE Produkte macht. LCMA ermöglicht die Kreation einer Lösung um einen KERN von bewährter Hard- und Software herum, um den Testanforderungen von AUDIO, VIDEO, RF, OPTRONICS oder PNEUMATIC LRU zu entsprechen.
