ValidATE Plus
ValidATE Plus ist elektrisch das Gleiche wie das ValidATE System. Die Ergonometrien sind so geändert, dass es die kombinierten Anforderungen von In-Circuit und Funktionstest am besten entsprechen, z.B. wenn ein Nadelbettadapter besser geeignet ist. Zusammen mit der Fähigkeit sorgfältig die Funktionalität einer digitalen, analogen und mixed-mode Schaltung zu überprüfen, kann die ValidATE Plus die Applikation erweitern durch Power-Off, Struktur- und Power-On In-Circuit Testtechniken. Das System kombiniert Best-in Class Lösungen für den Baugruppentest um der Leistungsfähigkeit, Umfang und den Fehlerlokalisierungseigenschaften zu entsprechen. Das System übernimmt die Vorteile von allen Techniken die die Testgenerationskosten reduzieren, ohne die Fehlerabdeckung oder Durchsatz zu beeinträchtigen. Power-Off Strukturtests, die beides Junction und kapazitive Techniken verwenden, werden zuerst verwendet um einfache Fertigungsfehler zu finden.
